"Hey Brian, I've been checking your site for a while, how come you don't have more testimonials?"
Me: "Because my job is to make sure that you don't need me... so I tend to not bother people..."
(which really pisses off the marketing people! Lol :-)
Okay, so, while quietly helping hundreds of clients, here's one of my recent favorites, provided without me asking.
This is a super kind, smart, caring lady that just wanted to stop, or at least cut down, on the refreshing beverages.
She made an appointment, showed up promptly at my home office, filled with doubt, and filled with her husbands
doubt as well. The following happens regularly when I work with clients and their challenges,
the part of the mind that doubts is not the part that's actually running the show...

Hi Brian,
I wanted to let you know how my weekend has gone since my session with you on Friday.
Well, I'm going on day number 3 with no alcohol. I wasn't sure what happened on Friday, if much of anything, but as the afternoon went on I didn't crave any wine or anything. I felt mellow, and in fact, I was very tired, almost exhausted. I went to bed around 8:00. On Saturday I took an hour nap, and went to bed early again.
When things were annoying (previously, stressful) like the kid screeching as he played or the old man complaining/talking excessively, ect. I noticed them and was annoyed by them. I might have said something to them, but then that was it. I didn't stress over it. The feeling washed over me. It almost was too tiring to get worked up about it. Like it didn't matter to get over stressed about it. It wasn't as stressful as in the past.
On Saturday I took my blood pressure at the YMCA and it dropped two levels, from Stage 2 hypertension down to pre-hypertension. I was shocked.
On Friday we went to the RV Show at State Fair Park. There was a bar and people were walking around with Bloody Marys and all kinds of drinks. In the past I would have had 2 or 3 drinks. But on Friday I acknowledged what they were having and that they looked good, but I had no craving for one. Also, in the past I would have already made sure that I had a bottle of wine at home for when we got back (I would have gone out to get it in the afternoon before we left so that it would be here when we got home) but I wasn't worried about it at all. On the way home I wasn't worried about it and when we got home I wasn't worried about not having any here.
Throughout the weekend when I did my chores, or school work, I would normally have had wine at the same time or planned to have it afterward, but I never had that urge.
I did struggle for about a half hour today about mid afternoon. I felt I wanted something as a reward for how much I had gotten done this weekend - just sit down with a drink. But there was nothing here and the feeling passed.
My husband didn't ask me too much about Friday, just a quick "How was it". But tonight he came to me ecstatic when he realized that it has been 3 days since I've had a drink. He didn't exactly give you accolades but he wants me to keep it up.
Thank you so much Brian. I don't know what you did, but it worked. I never thought it possible. I hope this is the jump start to keep me going in the right direction!
Joanne

“I smoked cigarettes for over 15 years. The patches didn’t work for me. I had one session with Brian at Sheboygan Hypnosis and now I am a happy non-smoker, I have zero desire for cigarettes!”
-Steve Wallace, USAF Veteran, Jet Mechanic, Chicago, IL.
“Sheboygan Hypnosis is a huge help in managing stress and keeping grounded when life and work get busy. Brian’s relaxed style and insights into life are humorous, uplifting, and incredibly valuable.”

“I was visiting friends in Sheboygan and had a session with Sheboygan Hypnosis for exercise motivation, this stuff works! I’m back on track, feeling great, and much less stressed.”
-Judy Parkin, LPN, St. Louis, MO.
“Brian has been a great resource. I struggled with the dedication needed to change my constant snacking. Brian helped me reach my goal and made me feel very comfortable in the process. He has a great skill that creates an inner calm while also helping to break the pattern I was in. Highly recommended!”

“I have known Brian for a number of years. His skill with hypnosis and NLP helped me with both weight loss, and to manage a personal struggle during some difficult times. I recommend Brian for anyone looking to find more serenity in their lives.”
-Kathleen Chleborad, former Sheboyganite, now an Arizonian.
"I needed to find a way to move beyond restricting thoughts and limiting beliefs, especially in speaking and talking with others, to be more confident in myself. This was my first experience with hypnosis and it was very relaxing, there was nothing scary about it. I look forward to breaking through the barriers and becoming the person I really want to be."
