Let's face it, in today's busy world, stress is everywhere.
Our ancestors of long-ago had their "fight or flight" response activated far less often than
we do now. And without the essential skills to reduce stress, it can take it's toll on us.

A common example that I frequently observe is that an employee can be working their tails off,
badly needing a break, and it's Ok if that break is for a cigarette, a soda, a doughnut, etc.  Of course there are employers that encourage healthy behaviors, and I respect anyone's decision to make their own choices, you won't hear me preaching at you.  It's just that I have noticed an interesting phenomena occurring during break time.

If the break contains sugar or caffeine or nicotine, that's fine, but No Daydreaming or
Letting your Mind Wander.  If you say you need 5 or 10 or 15 minutes to "de-stress", you're made to feel guilty because you're affecting productivity, crazy isn't it?  We use stimulants to "relax", and feel guilty if we just Take A Break.

We are Fred Flintstone living in a George Jetson world.

Hypnosis and NLP are very effective at reducing and managing stress in our lives.
