We've all read books, listened to and watched self-help tapes, cd's, dvd's, maybe even attended and taught seminars. Here is a partial list of who I've trained with that allow me to help you get the changes you want in your life...
The common elements of all of these self-development trainers is that they are great at what they do, they have fun doing it, they care deeply, help people, and live life on their own terms. "Doing well while doing good", for me, a winning combination.

Tony Robbins: My first "Fear Into Power" weekend was in 1990 in Orange County, California. Millions of people have attended this awesome seminar, which includes the "Firewalk" over a bed of hot coals. I did it, and it was exciting, and just to be sure, I snuck around to another line and walked again, yup, no burns!
If you've studied self-development for any length of time, you know that once you attend a $1,000 dollar training, you magically receive marketing for the $5,000 - $10,000 training's.
And once you attend the $5,000 - $10,000 training's, you're invited to see if you "qualify" for the $25,000 - $1,000,000 "exclusive" groups. Funny how that works.
So, in 1991, I invested in the "Neuro-Associative Conditioning Systems Professional Certification Training" (NLP was already invented, Tony created his own offshoot called NAC: Neuro-Associative Conditioning, the Science of Personal Change) 15 days in Hawaii with Tony Robbins is an incredible experience and worth every penny. You might recognize another person in attendance that year? Martin Sheen! What a cool, down to earth guy, always happy to sit and chat with you.
For the "Final Exam" of that training, each participant received a quarter, an apple, and a map.
(remember this is 1991, no cell phones, and pay phones were a quarter) different people had different assignments that they had to accomplish before graduating. Mine was to get myself from the Kona Coast to the Hilo side of the Big Island, help construct more storage for a large food pantry, then we got a bus ride back to the hotel. Although the assignments differed, they all included us using the skills we had learned in our training, the skills of rapport, influence, change, resourcefulness, managing our own emotional states, and always creating value, leaving people better than they were before they met you. Culminating with a celebration and a 45-foot-long Firewalk. (In case the normal length of hot coals left me doubting? haha)
Further training from Tony were his one-day business seminars around the Midwest, as well as more Fear Into Power weekends, including working at them, laying sod for the hot coals, hauling wood, starting the fires, answering questions, clarifying answers, selling Tony's programs. I suppose in total I've spent over a month working with Tony. Nothing short of incredible! If you can't afford the time and expense of a month with a master, book a session with Sheboygan Hypnosis and pick my brain.

Don Mottin: Vice President of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
Don's first experience with hypnosis was during his time in the military. After that, during his law enforcement career, he did forensic hypnosis. Followed by opening his own hypnosis offices, Don was soon seeing 11 clients a day and had 7 offices in 3 states. He has worked with over 50,000 clients in his 35+ year career. And with that much experience you learn exactly what works, and what doesn't. Don's approach is both fun and therapeutic.

Mark Cunningham: Former Army Major and World-Class Hypnotist.
Major Mark is constantly stretching the boundaries of what's possible when we let go of our past conditioning and begin to choose our own belief systems that work to give and get what we want out of this life. Rather than just accepting what we've been taught by parents, peers, school, society, Mark gets us to examine if what we're living is what we've truly chosen to live? And if it isn't, how to move in the direction of what you really want.

Tom Vizzini & Kim McFarland: Amazing Real-World Skills.
It's possible that Tom and Kim have more fun than anybody on the planet! I cannot verify this beyond my own experience training with them, but if you've studied other trainers and have been left with a sack of tricks that only work in a seminar room, Tom and Kim should be on your short list of trainers to work with!

Dr. Steve G. Jones:
Steve is the master at hypnosis audio recordings; when I first discovered him online I must admit, I was a bit annoyed because he had so many downloads created. But after meeting Steve and training with him, he is a really great guy with a brilliant mind. Steve has many websites, but his main ones are:
BetterLivingWithHypnosis.com
Also periodically check BetterLivingWithHypnosis.NET because he
occasionally sells his downloads for $1.00!

Ken Guzzo: The Guzzo Neurological Protocol
Founder / Instructor of The North American Academy of Hypnosis, creator of The Guzzo Neurological Protocol. Imagine taking a problem that you haven't been able to move on from, almost like the problem is stuck to you, like a magnet. Then reversing the polarity, so that you're no longer stuck, but instead, you now repel the problem, it can no long stick to you. That's what the Guzzo Neurological Protocol does for you. And I (Brian Anderson) and the first (maybe the only one?) in the area to offer this.

Now, you might be thinking; "Brian, you seem like a seminar addict!" Well maybe I am? and aren't you glad!
I mean, when we work together, you get the person who has learned from the best in order to work through their own challenges, and has the training and flexibility to help you with your challenges. Sometimes Book Smarts are enough, other times you need someone who has the training, and has had their a** kicked in life, and learned how to keep moving forward.
And think ahead, once your stress and anxiety are lessened, and you're feeling Ok, you can move on to feeling good, and feeling great. Going from despair to hopeful is a huge upgrade! And when you learn the skills to get yourself into the appropriate emotional state for the task at hand, you now have power to shape your life, what skills you want to develop, who you want to spend your time with, and how much fun can you stand to have.
Speaking of fun, in 2013 I had a blast performing at the Unity Music Festival at the Weill Center.
Former Green Bay Packer Mark Tauscher was the Emcee. Now, I don't know about you? But I'd never had an NFL Pro announce me to an audience, but life is interesting. Here is a link if you have a few moments to enjoy. I'm not doing a hypnosis presentation, but I do believe we're all good at many things, and that your unique blend of talents should be celebrated!
