Weight loss thoughts: 

​1. Think in terms of adding things to your life, not taking things away.  I won't ask you to deny/deprive yourself.  

2. Old habits and behaviors were once new, our cells are constantly regenerating, so consider the possibility that you can shift your thoughts and beliefs, and create new behaviors and habits once again, after all, change is happening anyway, it might as well be the change you choose.  

​3. We don't become overweight overnight, but by many small decisions over time.  Imagine enjoying making small changes, over time, that add up to better health, more energy, as well as losing weight.  Hypnosis can help.

​I'm often asked "what will this cost me?"  The truth is:
​"it doesn't cost you anything.  Continuing to smoke is what's costing you."  It costs you money, it costs you health, it costs you time, etc...  

​If you smoke, then smoke, and enjoy the heck out of it, you'll never be judged by me.  And if you stop smoking, then stop smoking, and begin thinking about your life as a non-smoker.  Hypnosis can help.
